This year’s Rhubarb comes straight from Hopefield Farm, a family-run farm located within the legendary Rhubarb Triangle.
For those who don’t know, the Rhubarb Triangle is a small area of West Yorkshire famed for producing some of the world’s finest forced rhubarb. Grown in darkened sheds and harvested by candlelight, this unique method creates beautifully tender stalks with a vibrant pink hue and a distinctive sweet-tart flavour. It’s a craft steeped in tradition, and one that very few producers still practice today.
Hopefield Farm has been at the heart of that tradition for generations:
