The Secret is in the Berries: Sourced from Mee Family Farm
At Steep Soda Co., we believe that world class craft sodas are only as good as the ingredients inside them. That is why we headed just outside of Peterborough to partner with the legendary, award-winning growers at Mee Blueberries.
For this year's batch, we are sourcing three incredible, premium British berry varieties directly from their family farm:
- Liberty: Known for its deep, rich colour and balanced sweetness.
- Sweet Jane: Bursting with high sugar profiles that offer a natural, syrupy depth.
- Duke: A classic, crisp summer berry that brings a brilliant, tart bite.
Real Fruit, Pressed In-House
We don't buy mass produced concentrates, and you won't find a chemical syrup within a mile radius of our kitchen.
Instead, we take the whole fruit from Mee Family Farm and press it entirely in house. We then blend that vibrant, deep purple juice with sharp, freshly squeezed lemons. The result? A perfectly balanced, fruit soda that hits you with an initial wave of tart citrus followed by a smooth, lingering berry sweetness.
